Account & Registration

Registration page fill in the form with your mobile number, password, and required details. Once you verify the OTP, your account will be active. The whole process takes just 2 minutes.

You'll need an active mobile number, a password, and your name. Full verification may require a National ID or birth certificate, but initial registration only needs your mobile number.

Only one account can be created per mobile number. Creating multiple accounts violates Kelagor's terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Log in, go to Account Settings, and select "Change Password." Enter your current password followed by your new one. If you've forgotten your password, From the login page, Use the "Forgot Password" option.

Kelagor is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account. Accounts will be suspended if age verification fails.

Verification keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraud. A verified account allows larger withdrawals and access to exclusive offers.

Deposits & Payments

Log in and click the "Deposit" button. Select bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Enter the amount and confirm the payment. Your balance is typically credited within 2 to 5 minutes.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Verified accounts receive faster service. During peak hours, there may be slight delays.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 BDT. The maximum limit depends on your account level and verified amount. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits.

If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet is refunded. For parlay bets, the cancelled leg is counted as odds of 1.00.

The minimum bet is just ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market. To bet at higher limits, your account must be fully verified.
